Refund and Returns Policy

How to Return a Product
You will need to request a return authorization (RMA) number online or by contacting us.
Once your request is approved a OutletCryptoMarket representative will send you an RMA Number that you will use while returning the product.
Next, you will need to carefully package the items in a shipping box with the return authorization and attach the return shipping label.
Take the package to any FedEx or DHL drop-off location and you’re done.
30-Day Returns
You may return or exchange a complete, new product for any reason within 30 days. Defective products are covered by exchange only.
180-Day Warranty Coverage
All products, unless noted otherwise, are covered by a 180 day (6 months) warranty for repair against defects provided by the manufacturer and/or OutletCryptoMarket. Some manufacturers like Cannan will provide a 360-day warranty for miners. Please refer to the product description for details related to whether the coverage is provided by the manufacturer and/or us.
Important Details
Refund or exchange option -You may choose an exchange or a refund for the product returned.
Refund method – Refunds are issued to the same credit card, debit card, PayPal, gift certificate, store credit account, digital currency wallet, or another form of payment used on your original transaction. Only money orders are non-refundable and instead issued as store credit upon return.
Products must be new and show no signs of use or installation or OutletCryptoMarket will refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or a restocking fee include:
Any sign of use – including installation, scratches, or other signs of use such as physical marking, screw holes, or similar.
Tags, stickers, and other manufacturer labels were removed or tampered with.
Missing parts or the original product packaging is damaged or tampered with.
A different serial number than the one OutletCryptoMarket shipped.
Physical damage from drops, liquid, mishandling, or similar.
Product(s) returned that were damaged due to improper packaging.
Damaged product and/or shipping box from shipment
You have 10 calendar days from your delivery date to notify OutletCryptoMarket of any damage that occurred during shipment.
When will I get my refund or replacement?
After we receive your product, we normally process your exchange or refund within three business days. Some product requires additional testing or evaluation.
How will I know if you’ve received my return?
We will email you a Return Received notice detailing that your return has been received.
An additional email will be sent following the completion of the return process.
Defective Products
A defective product is covered through an exchange of the same product within our return period. If the product is discontinued, you will be eligible for non-refundable store credit towards another product. After 30 days, the defective product is covered under warranty coverage as stated above. Any product missing manufacturer packaging, accessories, or parts (including those promotional in nature) will be exchanged only for the same product with the aforementioned packaging, accessories, and parts not being included upon the exchange (we exchange exactly what you send us). In the event, a product is returned missing accessories and/or packaging, and the product is not in stock for exchange, we will send the product for warranty repair, regardless of the purchase date.
Return Shipping Costs
Originally paid shipping costs for orders that are not free shipping are deducted from your refund, store credit, or exchange towards alternate products. For example, if your order is free shipping, there is no deduction; however, shipments that include express shipping fees. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and your original shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.
Missing a Package or Never Received Your Order?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please do the following within 36 hours of expected, stated delivery:
1. Verify the shipping address on the order is where you have been looking for the package.
2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
3. Look around the delivery location for your package.
4. See if someone else such as a neighbor or co-worker has accepted the delivery.
5. Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail or packages.

If an item has been deemed defective or is being returned for warranty or service, a member of our team will provide you with an RMA Number. Please do not send any items prior to receiving an RMA. Any items shipped back to us without an RMA number clearly displayed on the box will be refused and sent back to you. If a package without an RMA number was accepted by our Shipping and Receiving Department, it can take up to 15 business days to be processed.  We do not provide or cover the costs of returning the defective products, including any customs clearance fees. Parcels with cash on delivery or freight collect will not be accepted and they will be returned to you.
How to Pack the Item
Please make sure the item is packaged properly to avoid any damage. Bumps and vibrations during shipping will jostle your packages and cause damage. Customers are responsible for their own parcels until they reach us safely, so be sure to choose couriers that can deliver to our repair sites. We recommend protecting your package contents against damage or losses; otherwise, we cannot process your repair and will not be liable in the event of such situations.
It is necessary to pack the hash boards very carefully. We cannot repair if the PINs on the hash boards are lost due to shipping negligence and it will ultimately void the warranty. Packaging methods that may damage the miner include, but are not limited to, lack of standard packaging materials, no cushioning materials in the carton, and stacking of multiple components in the packaging carton.
Packaging a Single Board:
You must use 3cm thick foam to wrap around the single hash board. Take care to strengthen the protection at the four corners and cover the bottom and upper part of the carton with foam, as shown in the figures below.

Packaging Multiple Boards:
If there are multiple hash boards that need to be transported, they must be separated from each other with foam of more than 10mm between the hash boards. Do not stack the hash boards one by another directly for transportation as the heat sink between hash boards will collide, resulting in drop or damage.

Packaging Materials
There are various types of packaging materials for sale on Amazon and eBay. Please refer to the recommended packaging materials above for purchase. Please pay attention to the thickness of the packaging materials and the protection of the upper and lower bottom positions of the product when packaging. Since the edges and corners are relatively sharp, the packaging material of the bubble bag type may be scratched and leaked. It is recommended to use the pearl-wool type.
Before You Ship

  • Take photos of your defective items and their respective SN and keep the photos as evidence in case of any disputes.
  • Declare item value within USD $45 and describe the product as a “Warranty part” on the waybill; Otherwise, you will be liable for the additional customs clearance fees incurred.
  • Mark “Deliveries made on working days only” on the item description of the waybill to avoid delivery delays.
  • Ensure the item is packaged carefully.
  • Clearly mark your provided RMA number on the outside of the box.
